Entry Information
Bring entries on Saturday, September 20 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Sunday, September 21 from
1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Awards:  1st place: $5 & blue ribbon; 2nd place: $3 & red ribbon; 3rd place: $2 & white ribbon

Best of Show Award - $15 award for adult entry and $15 award for youth entry. Class A & B will be judged together
 and Class C, D and E will be judged together.  Best of Show ribbon will be given.

Class:        
A – ages 18–64   C - Youth Ages 13 - 17   E – Youth ages 8 & under
B – ages 65 & up                   D – Youth ages 9–12   F - Professional
  • LIMIT - ONE EXHIBIT PER LOT PER EXHIBITOR

  • This department is for living specimens only, no artificial flowers accepted except in the silk flower section.
  • All flowers must be displayed in clean containers, tall enough to hold flowers upright.  Do not use valuable containers.  Directors will endeavor to care for all exhibits, but cannot be held responsible for loss or injury to the exhibit.
  • Specimen exhibits must be grown by exhibitor. 
  • All entries must be picked up the Sunday immediately following the fair between the hours of
    11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
