Entry Information
Bring entries on Saturday, September 20 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Sunday, September 21 from
1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Awards:  1^st place: $5 & blue ribbon; 2^nd place: $3 & red ribbon; 3^rd place: $2 & white ribbon

Class:
A – ages 18–64		C - Youth Ages 13 - 17		E – Youth ages 8 & under
B – ages 65 & up		D – Youth ages 9–12		F - Professional

• LIMIT - ONE EXHIBIT PER LOT PER EXHIBITOR 

• All entries must have been completed in the last two years and never before in the Chowan County Regional Fair.

• All entries are accepted at the director’s discretion.

• Judging will be by qualified judges and the option is reserved to withhold ribbons and awards in lots where there is no deserving entry.

• Entries must be picked up the Sunday immediately following the fair between the hours of 11am and 3pm.
