Bring entries on Saturday, September 24 from 1:00 pm
to 5:00 pm and Sunday, September 25 from
1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Awards:
1st
place: $5 & blue ribbon; 2nd place: $3 &
red ribbon; 3rd place: $2 & white ribbon
Best of Show
Award - Departments 1, 3 & 4 will be judged
together. There will be one award for the
winning adult entry ($15) and one award for the
winning youth entry ($15). The two award
winners will be eligible to compete in the State
Fair for a $500 award in the County Fair Booth
Display.

LIMIT - ONE EXHIBIT PER LOT PER EXHIBITOR

All
entries must have been completed in the last two
years and never before entered in the Chowan County
Regional Fair.

All entries are accepted at the director’s
discretion.

Judging will be by qualified judges and the
option is reserved to withhold ribbons and
awards in lots where there is no deserving
entry.

Entries must be picked up the
Sunday immediately following the fair
between the hours of 11am and 3pm.
